Coolness.

Some interesting new, somewhat rare Beefheart manga has recently appeared on Youtube (like the Amougies stuff--no footage, but wild sound...)

Welcome, J. Indeed, some of Youtube's stuffed-up cracks are showing...And perhaps people of more discerning taste who shun self-publicity for its own sake are uploading material.

I'm looking forward to reading John French's book when it comes out in the new year. While it is purported to show the Captain in a less flattering light, knowledge of the processes used to create need not dim the luster of the work.

(edit)

I look forward to Drumbo's expose, but hopefully he won't include any preacherly advice (or condemnations).

This track is outstanding. Thanks!

We could all certainly do without that sort of thing, J. The 'Good Lord' doesn't help those who just can't help themselves.

BB, One of the many things that I am grateful to FZ for is introducing me to the works of the Captain and his Magic Bands...A veritable trove of sonic treasures.
