Whatever variants there might be in our personal musical tastes, the overlapping sets are pretty strong.

The Speedy West/Jimmy Bryant piece is rock'n'roll at its best. This is Eruption years before Edward ever tapped a string, blended with Paganini at his masturbatory best.

This is guys who had a serious command of their instruments, playing their asses off because they could. Goddess bless them.

Oh, and the other videos were pretty great as well.

To clarify, the piece is slow and dreamy, hardly the rave-up tour-de-force that is Eruption, but my point still holds. this is 2 guys at the peak of their skills, playing music at a level not often equaled, much less understood, by their cohort.
