Entr'acte
Gosh, it's been almost two weeks...I suppose I should say something.
'Something'.
Frankly, I'm a little ambivalent about blogging right now.
My days are filled with work I like, work I don't like, family issues, health issues, issues of my subjective relevance to the American political scene in the now...and so my posting will be sporadic for a while.
That said, there is much worthwhile about to spend one's time on, IMO.
Mr. Mark Yu of The Jade Gate and Social Seppeku is having an Chinese New Year art show at his new digs on the West Coast, and has asked your humble scribe to provide a bit of low-toned content, which I have gladly done - so if you're in the area (and of a legal age to participate, for it is most definitely 'adults only'), much fun is to be had.
Regretfully, I won't be able to attend personally...Maybe next time.
My pals Blue Gal and Driftglass are creating a weekly podcast that has proven most entertaining and thought-provoking to date - so if you like hearing literate and intelligent people speaking on and about the issues (and what FOX non-viewer doesn't?) by all means stop by and lend your ears.
Remember, every time you do, Roger Ailes develops urinary discomfort.
Max is still riding the hit express with Ke$ha, off to Europe, I hear - looking forward to hearing some new tracks on his return.
Good to see fair LitBrit regularly blogging again - smart as a whip and hits twice as hard...Maybe she and Stogie can hook up for a fine local meal in the Sunshine State sometime. I miss Florida.
And, oh...It's Blogroll Amnesty Day. So add a new blogger to your feed, already. Or something.

Oh you are SO going to get quoted on the air this week, ya loveable bastiid you. xo
Urinary discomfort, eh? Thanks for the tip...
So what do you do when you come back, slap up a picture of that, you lunatic? At least provide brown bags for passers-by.
The game is seven card stud.
That tool deserves his own fresh hell every day.
Sporadic... well okay if that's the way you want to roll; just shake hands and come out fighting.
I always read, but sometimes I don't have time to respond in a timely fashion. Keep 'em coming, DB!
