Well, Demeur, one of the miracles of Zappadan is that one could admire FZ's mind and philosophies whilst bypassing his musical ouevre, as one choice among myriad possibilities.
Other than being a brilliant musician, Zappa was one of the first artists who proved that you could successfully bypass the roadblocks put up by the deaf, dumb & blind idiots at the record companies and still stay truth to yourself and your vision.
Frank did it his way, and we're all the better for it.
